From our kitchen to your fridge
How your meals are made
- Cooked fresh for each weekend run by chefs who each specialise in their dish.
- Prepared in a halal kitchen; no pork or alcohol is used in any dish.
- Cooled quickly after cooking, packed in sealed containers and kept chilled until handover.
When it arrives
- Put the packs in the fridge straight away. Do not leave them out for more than 2 hours.
- Eat by the date on each label, normally within 4 days of delivery. Rice and chicken dishes first.
- Reheat until piping hot all the way through. Reheat a pack once only.
- Packs can be frozen on the day of delivery; thaw in the fridge and eat within 24 hours.
Allergens
We cook many dishes in one kitchen, so traces of any allergen may be present. Common allergens in our menus include gluten (chapati, wheat), dairy, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts, fish, soy, sesame and celery. Each dish lists its main allergens on the label. If you have a food allergy, call 0724 919 530 before confirming your order so the chef can advise.
Something wrong with your food?
Call or WhatsApp us on the day with a photo and the order reference on your label. See the Refunds policy.
